Terms of Use
Booking
Bookings are definte after recieval of payment and written confermance.

Reservations
We require 25% deposit, called the reservation.
The remaining amount 6 weeks before arrival at our place.

Cancellation
You can cancel by e-mail or telephone.
6 weeks: Full amount will be refunded.
6-3 weeks: 50% of the total cost will be refunded.
3 weeks or less: Missing or not come, no money returned!

Deposit
We ask 200,- euro's deposit payable upon arrival.
This deposit you received after your holliday return on your bankaccount,
if the house when cleaning is found in the same state as it was found
by you!
Heatingcosts are seperate from rental and deposit fees.

Mallfunction
Mallfunctions of house applainces, or utilities, need to be reported
to us within 24 houres of arrival, otherwise extra costs may be required.
